Job summary

Koch is seeking a Spring 2028 Tax Analyst Intern in Plano, TX (with opportunities in Wichita, KS and Atlanta, GA). You will work with seasoned tax professionals, contribute to corporate tax reporting, and gain hands‑on experience in GAAP, tax compliance, and analytics.

Interns will explore Global Tax Reporting, Tax Accounting, and Tax Transformation, with onboarding in Wichita and potential travel for teammates in Atlanta or Plano. This role starts in January 2028 and is in‑person.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related business degree program.
• ability to work full-time in person during Spring 2028 semester.
• Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2029.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tax professionals to analyze business transactions and support strategic decisions.
• Assist with preparation of corporate tax returns and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training programs introducing key tax concepts and software.
• Build relationships across the business to understand operations and identify tax opportunities.
• Contribute to federal tax reporting and close processes across Koch businesses.
• Support modernization initiatives in tax processes and data.
