Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related business degree program and expected to graduate
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in person during the Summer 2028 internship
• Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2029
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa transfer or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the business to understand operations and identify tax-related opportunities
• Participate in training programs introducing key tax concepts and industry-leading tax software
• Partner with tax professionals to analyze business transactions and support strategic decision-making
• Assist with the preparation of corporate tax returns and support compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations
• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world tax and business challenges
• Strengthen analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills through project work
• Learn and apply Koch's Principle Based Management framework during onboarding and training
