Job summary

Koch invites you to join our Spring 2028 Tax Analyst Intern program, gaining hands-on experience across a global portfolio of businesses. You'll work with seasoned tax professionals on real projects and discover how Principle Based Management guides decision making and value creation.

Locations include Wichita, KS; Atlanta, GA; and Plano, TX. The internship is full-time and in-person, starting January 2028.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related business degree program.
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in person during the Spring 2028 semester.
Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2029.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Build relationships across the business to understand operations and identify tax opportunities.
Participate in training programs introducing key tax concepts and tax software.
Partner with tax professionals to analyze business transactions and support decision-making.
Assist with preparation of corporate tax returns and compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations.
Apply classroom knowledge to real-world tax and business challenges.
Develop analytical and communication skills through project work.
Attend onboarding and training in Wichita, KS (travel may be required for interns in Atlanta, GA or Plano, TX).
Learn and apply Koch's Principle Based Management framework for long-term value.
