Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and leverage marketing support to grow your local client base.

The role emphasizes engaging with the community, growing the TurboTax client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while maintaining a professional, front-facing retail presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Deliver exemplary customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
