Job summary

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base while supporting marketing efforts and creating a trusted community presence.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires tax expertise, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset to build lasting relationships and assist clients with their tax needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professionals preferred (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
