Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of tax filing experience using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador, engaging locals and building TurboTax presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for diverse client needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
