Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in-person, helping clients navigate their tax needs and building lasting relationships within your local community. You will engage with prospects, grow the client base through local marketing, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing TurboTax as a trusted local

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
  • Must have PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
  • Must possess or obtain relevant state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and tax planning opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
