Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in-person to grow the local client base. As a trusted advisor, you will build long-term relationships, participate in local marketing efforts, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required and PTIN must be in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing and outreach to grow TurboTax client base within the community and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional service and clear, personalized tax guidance.
