Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in‑person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and community presence. The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, client relationship building, and collaboration with marketing to grow TurboTax’s local footprint.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers (personal and business returns).
Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan tax strategy.
Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and support local marketing efforts.
