Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at on-site TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve in-person customers, leverage tax knowledge, and help grow the local client base with marketing support from TurboTax. You will act as a community ambassador, build lasting relationships, and deliver personalized tax solutions using official resources and software tools.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in tax (EA/CPA/attorney) and strong tax preparation background.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return preparation experience including 1040s using professional software.
• Proven ability to work onsite in a retail tax-support environment.
• Ability to build local client relationships and deliver personalized tax guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and plan future tax outcomes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
