Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

Provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and fostering long-term relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging with the community, participating in local marketing, and helping customers navigate complex tax situations with clarity.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Must have PTIN to file taxes.
  • Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns with professional software.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
  • Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service in a retail environment.
  • Assist customers with tax planning and software support.
