Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Minimum 3 years pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide other clinicians.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services and complete evaluations.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows as applicable.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Model clinical decision-making and patient care.
• Lead ongoing mentorship and regular check-ins with therapists.
• Monitor clinical performance and patient outcomes.
• Support scheduling, clinic operations, and process improvements.
• Participate in leadership meetings and organizational initiatives.
• Support recruitment events and community engagement.
