Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Texas SLP license and CCC-SLP required.
• 2–3 years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide education and ongoing communication to families.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Mentor and supervise therapists and students.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding.
