Job summary

Specialized Assessment & Consulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based position in Houston, TX. The role includes direct services to 2-3 high school students (2 hours per week initially), plus indirect time for staff consultation and data/documentation.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop or revise BIPs, participate in ARD meetings, and coordinate with case managers and SPED staff. In person at a Houston campus for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct BCBA services to students with behavior IEPs.
• Conduct or update FBAs and develop/revise BIPs.
• Attend ARD meetings and provide consultation to school staff.
• Collect and review behavior data and document services in Frontline.
