Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based BCBA in Houston, TX, to lead behavioral support within a school setting. The role emphasizes thoughtful assessments, individualized programming, and collaboration with school systems to improve student outcomes.

You will assess needs, design and oversee IEP-aligned behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress while training and supervising school-based teams.

Requirements

ActiveBoard-CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

Experienceworking with children or in school-based settings

Ability tolift upto50pounds and safely manage physical behaviors as needed
