Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve students within a Houston-area school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role offers a Monday-Friday schedule and the opportunity to impact students' behavioral, social, and academic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP/ARD processes and Texas special education regulations a plus.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
