Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a plan developed by a BCBA and build strong, consistent relationships with clients.

We offer mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and a path toward BCBA certification with training reimbursement. Active certification is preferred; if not certified, we’ll help you pursue it.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred but not required to apply.
• Dependability and patience when working with children with autism.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data according to a BCBA's plan.
• Build consistent relationships to support growth and development.
