Succeed ABA is a leading ABA therapy provider offering in-home 1:1 therapy to children with Autism. This Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role provides ABA interventions in natural environments with flexible, schedule-driven opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
