Job summary

Succeed ABA is a leading ABA therapy provider delivering in-home 1:1 services to children with Autism, ages 1–21. The RBT role supports clients in their natural environments, with a focus on data-driven approaches and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or 40-hour course completed.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
