Qualifications

• Must complete 40-hour RBT training course before hire.
• Ability to implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Must maintain ethical and professional standards according to BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress using ABA methodologies.

Skills

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

Passion for working in a clinical ABA setting

Education

High school diploma
