Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving.
- RBT Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
- Implement structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans
- Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
- Track progress and use data to guide decisions
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop care plans
