Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking licensed RBTs to provide applied behavior analysis interventions in home-based settings for children with Autism. You will collect data, track progress, and coordinate with other staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes in-person work, collaborative supervision, and scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance. RBT certification is required, along with reliable transportation and a passion for helping clients with developmental challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required).
• Excellent communication with families, supervisors, and coworkers.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Passion for helping clients with developmental and social challenges.
• In-person work location

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in home or natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare for presentation to the team.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of services.
