Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 1–21. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and coordinate with a supportive team to ensure consistent programming.

The role emphasizes balancing patient care with strong communication and professional growth opportunities. We offer weekly pay, health insurance, incentive programs, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required (BACB).
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrated passion for working with clients with developmental/social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.
