Formación

• At least a High School diploma; FPC or CPP preferred.
• Aptitude for handling numbers in a professional setting.
• Solid understanding of payroll tax and payroll laws, or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to build customer confidence and lasting relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with professional client communication.
• Initiative and independent judgment in daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Train customers to use our payroll, timekeeping, and onboarding software (isolved).
• Process incoming payrolls for various businesses.
• Apprise customers of payroll laws and regulations that impact their business.
• Maintain employee records.
• Enter payroll and other HR data.
