You will grow your book of business through in-person visits, product presentations, and ongoing client care, earning a competitive mix of draw pay, commissions, and bonuses within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct group presentations for employee teams of various sizes.
• Build and manage your own book of business.
• Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with your manager to set goals and track progress.
