This on-site role involves interviewing clients, collecting information, and making eligibility determinations for Medical Assistance, Nutrition Assistance, and Cash Assistance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in customer service practices.
• Knowledge in computer navigation of various software applications, including Google Suite or Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-person and by telephone in a fast-paced office.
• Attend paid classroom training with on-the-job training.
• Provide excellent customer service in-person and by phone to individuals and families.
• Collect and gather information to conduct interviews to determine eligibility for Medical, Nutrition, and Cash Assistance.
• Complete the application and interview process while using data entry on multiple screens.
• Adhere to agency standards measured by metrics, attendance, service levels, accuracy, and timeliness.
