Job summary

HeyTutor Inc. in Lancaster, CA, is hiring Math Tutors to support 3rd–5th grade students in person. The role requires an Associate degree or current college enrollment, with a passion for education and classroom settings.

You will tutor groups up to 15 using provided curriculum, track attendance and progress in the HeyTutor Dashboard, and complete FBI-DOJ background checks. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–5:30pm; pay is $20–$26 per hour with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher or current college enrollment is required.
• Experience tutoring or working with children is preferred.
• Comfortable teaching Elementary School Math.

Responsibilities

• Tutor large groups of students up to 15 without direct teacher supervision.
• Deliver lessons using provided curriculum and materials.
• Create an engaging, welcoming learning environment.
• Track attendance and student progress using the HeyTutor Dashboard.
• Escort students to and from designated areas on campus.
