Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a 18-24 hour/week school-based W2 contract serving elementary students in Ashland, MA. The position is in person, with benefits and district-level support.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, collaboration with teachers and families, IEP participation, and data-driven intervention adjustments, aligned with IDEA and BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active Massachusetts Applied Behavior Analyst License is required.
• CPI training is preferred.
• Previous school-based BCBA experience with Elementary age is preferred.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs; participating in IEP meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify behavioral needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs.
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paras, admins, and families.
• Analyze behavioral data and modify interventions based on progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings; provide behavioral recommendations.
• Train school staff in evidence-based behavior management and positive supports.
• Conduct classroom observations and develop individualized interventions.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, district policies, and BACB ethics.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
