Job summary

Sunrise Irrigation is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our Customer Service and Dispatch teams in Palm Harbor, FL. This senior role focuses on developing people, improving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the entire customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years in customer service leadership.
• 7–10 years of progressive management experience may substitute for degree.
• 3–5 years in customer service management in home services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service and Dispatch teams.
• Set performance expectations and accountability standards.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Monitor service quality and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Field Leadership.
• Own KPI reporting and continuous improvement.
