Autowash LLC seeks a Customer Success Representative to be the front-line for customer inquiries across calls, texts, chat, and other channels, following scripts and logic flows. You will help customers quickly with accurate solutions and document interactions in our CRM.

This in-person role (Sunday–Thursday, 9am–6pm) emphasizes friendly, concise communication, problem solving, and collaboration with Team Leads and Operations to resolve issues or guide customers to membership options.

Formación

• Computer skills include Microsoft Office, social networking and email communication.
• Minimum education: Some college (communications, marketing or business preferred).
• Minimum experience: 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Preferred experience: customer service, marketing or administrative work.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, texts, and chat across omni-channel systems.
• Follow approved scripts, logic flows and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide friendly, concise, and accurate information.
• Resolve common issues independently (billing updates, app setup, access issues).
• Identify when to escalate complex cases to Team Leads or Operations.
• Trigger next-step cadences when appropriate.
• Tag conversations with intent + outcome and document resolutions in CRM.
• Maintain data accuracy for CRM and reporting.
• Use AI responses as intended and override only when needed.
• Report system issues or script gaps.
• Complete outbound calls and texts for support, usage follow-ups, billing issues and membership updates.
• Help customers set up memberships and explain plan options to guide to the right fit.
• Support churn prevention through quick troubleshooting.
