Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree demonstrating reading and analytical skills or equivalent work experience.
• Paralegal experience or quality control experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial loans, mortgages line of credit and bank accounting transactions to assist officers with documentation, collateral, and billing problems.
• PC competency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review commercial loan documentation, including notes, collateral agreements, guarantees, and related instruments, per approved loan structures.
• Select appropriate documentation based on loan type, collateral and approval terms after authorization.
• Ensure documentation reflects approved loan terms and follows internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Verify accuracy of loan setup and booking information (amounts, rates, terms, dates, payment structures, coding).
• Review loan files and documentation packets for completeness and potential exceptions before imaging or final processing.
