Job summary

Wright Directions Family Services in South Carolina seeks a licensed or provisionally licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual therapy for children and adolescents in a full-time, in-person setting.

The role offers a manageable caseload, flexible scheduling, clinical support, and growth within a growing behavioral health practice serving youths, adults, and families across Bluffton and Ridgeland communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
• Active South Carolina licensure (LPC-A, LMSW, LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Ability to provide in-person services in Ridgeland/Bluffton.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred.
• Clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care.
• Collaborate with families, providers, schools, and community supports.
• Monitor treatment progress and maintain an active caseload.
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and licensure standards.
• Support the growth of a high-quality behavioral health practice serving individuals and families in the community.
