Job summary

Wright Directions Family Services in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed mental health therapist to provide in-office services to a small caseload of youth. This full-time role focuses on trauma-informed, client-centered care and requires in-person service at the Ridgeland office.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in SC (LPC-A/LMSW/LPC/LISW-CP/LMFT) or higher.
• Experience with children and adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services to a small caseload of youth.
• Maintain in-office availability.
• Complete timely documentation, treatment planning, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and Wright Directions staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in supervision and team support as needed.
