Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in social services, education, or a similar environment.
• Ability to plan and facilitate classes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and intake interviews.
• Coordinate job-readiness classes and mock interviews.
• Lead outreach and coordinate partner services on-site.
• Maintain participant progress tracking and referrals.
• Report to Program Director.
