Hoover Learning Group in Franklin is growing and hiring a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) or CALT-in-training to join our team.

You will provide structured literacy intervention using Take Flight as appropriate, build a caseload, and collaborate with a professional team. Full-time and part-time options are available, with competitive compensation and benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• CALT certification or enrollment in CALT training.
• Commitment to evidence-based structured literacy intervention.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized dyslexia therapy and structured literacy intervention, including use of the Take Flight curriculum as appropriate.
• Work consistently with students and monitor their progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents and families.
• Collaborate with Hoover therapists, teachers, and other professionals supporting the student.
• Maintain appropriate session and progress documentation.
• Participate in professional development and Hoover team activities.
• Contribute ideas for improving student outcomes and the Hoover experience.
