Qualifications

• CALT or CALT-in-training with commitment to evidence-based structured literacy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized dyslexia therapy and structured literacy intervention.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with Hoover therapists, teachers and professionals.
• Maintain session and progress documentation.
• Participate in professional development and team activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve student outcomes and the Hoover experience.
