Job summary

Bank of America in Norwood, MA is seeking a Client Advisor to provide specialized financial guidance and support to center clients across borrowing and banking offerings. You will deepen relationships, present tailored solutions, and balance sales, risk, and client care to meet goals.

The role emphasizes effective communication, outbound calls, and collaboration with center leaders to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an on-site, first-shift position with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Has strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
• Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
• Has a proven sales track record.
• Can build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Is experienced with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend services.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow‑up routines.
• Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to internal partners based on client needs.
• Partners with leaders to provide guidance and coaching to associates during meetings.
