Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• NC LBA license is required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• HIPAA documentation knowledge is important.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Data collection and analysis skills.
• Experience in patient care settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with special education principles is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings.
