Kennedy ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person work with clients in home and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs directly on-site, partnering with families to tailor interventions.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and eligibility to supervise RBTs.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person ABA assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct BCBA supervision to RBTs in home/community settings.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers; adjust treatments based on data.
