Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Salisbury, North Carolina is seeking an in-person BCBA to design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver one-on-one in-home therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive progress.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and maintain BACB credentials.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD.
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists, psychologists, and SLPs.
• Develop and maintain accurate records and progress reports.
