Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NC LBA licensure required.
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation and behavior therapy skills.
• Data collection and interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in various settings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
