About the Role

As an In‑Person BCBA with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for providing in-home ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field (BCBA certification required).
