Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking an experienced in-person BCBA licensed in NC to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will collaborate with our therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• NC Licensure in Behavioral Analysis required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in ABA therapy, preferably in-home.
• Strong knowledge of ASD and ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and professionals for consistency.
• Train and give feedback to parents and caregivers on strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and plans.
