Job summary

Columbia Bank in Merrill, Wisconsin is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients. You will process deposits and withdrawals, balance cash drawer, and handle transactions accurately while upholding Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process night deposits.
• Assist clients by identifying needs and offering appropriate products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of products and procedures to support customers.
