Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and instructions.
• Builds relationships with clients and associates.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support daily tasks to maintain branch integrity and balances.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt fund transfers.
• Interact with clients, anticipate needs, and offer proactive solutions.
• Deepen knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services.
• Discuss customers' financial needs and refer appropriate products.
• Support referral goals by identifying and routing to business partners.
