Responsibilities

• Be an owner: manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles with autonomy.
• Be a hunter: identify and engage top-tier ML, robotics, systems, and infra talent.
• Design interview processes and calibrate evaluators for market realities.
• Provide guidance on compensation and competitive positioning to close candidates.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to align on tradeoffs and urgency.
• Build bespoke closing strategies and articulate the company story clearly.
• Treat every candidate with care and respect throughout the process.
