Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. You will implement programs, collect data on progress, and provide direct one-on-one therapy to help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
