Job summary

Argo Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to adjudicate complex claims from our in-office setting. You will report to a manager based in Rockwood, PA and work across AL, CO, FL, GA, KY, NC, NJ, NY, and SC to achieve optimal client outcomes.

The role emphasizes expert claim resolution, data analysis, and collaboration with underwriters to manage reserves and settlements. A Bachelor’s degree is required and licenses must be obtained within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience adjudicating indemnity workers' compensation claims.
• Experience in multiple jurisdictions preferred: AL, CO, FL, GA, KY, NC, NJ, NY, SC.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional insurance designations or additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate workers’ compensation claims of higher technical complexity.
• Provide superior claims outcomes and build relationships with insureds and brokers.
• Identify loss drivers and trends to reduce frequency and severity.
