Job summary

Osmose is seeking a Claims Analyst for an in office M-F position in downtown Atlanta. This team contributor role will play a key part in supporting the multi-jurisdictional workers’ compensation program by managing, tracking, and analyzing employee injury claims.

This position will ensure timely reporting, investigation, and resolution of claims in compliance with state laws and Company policies. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience handling or supporting workers’ compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or AIC certification preferred but not required.
• Two or more years’ workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Familiarity with claims practices and OSHA rules beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, reporting, and follow-up of work-related injury and illness claims.
• Assess claim classification and support investigations for acceptance or denial.
• Serve as liaison between injured employees, supervisors, TPAs, and insurers.
• Monitor status and ensure timely claim documentation and updates.
• Assist with return-to-work programs and modified duties.
