Osmose Utilities is seeking a Claims Analyst for an in-office position in downtown Atlanta. This role supports the multi-jurisdictional workers' compensation program by tracking and analyzing employee injury claims, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and resolution in compliance with state laws and company policies.

The ideal candidate has experience handling claims and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate in Claims required.
• Two or more years of workers' compensation claims experience.
• Familiar with claims practices and OSHA rules; helpful if known.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate intake, reporting and follow-up of work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Assess classification of claims and support investigations for root cause and resolution.
• Serve as liaison between injured employees, supervisors, TPAs, and insurers.
